Inspection Items

On the day of the appointment, you’ll sign a TREC standard contract. I encourage you to join me after I’ve completed the inspection, so that you can obtain as much information as is available, ask questions or clarify anything that might be unclear to you.

The property will be thoroughly inspected based on rigorous TREC standards of practice. The inspection report will include but might not be limited to the following:
